What it does
- Baseline per category and item: price, terms, source invoices, period, approver.
- Saving per line = (baseline price − invoiced price) × quantity, with rules for volume changes, mix shifts and one-off credits.
- Monthly sign-off: the consultant reviews, your operator approves, your executive sees the signed figure.
What you see
Cumulative verified savings, monthly run-rate, a breakdown by category and supplier, and a board-ready pack. You see the number before we invoice.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a verified saving?
Only what the ledger can show: baseline price, new price and the invoices that prove it, approved by your company. Everything else is labelled as an estimate.
How is our fee calculated?
The ledger applies your contract rules (fee on managed spend, savings share, duration, caps) with deterministic code. The calculation never goes through a language model.
Can we export the data?
Yes, at any time, to Excel or PDF, or through an API into your own BI.
