Frequently asked questions
Where do the benchmarks come from?
From the library our analysts maintain, from public sources where they exist (energy tariffs, telecom price lists, fuel, postal rates), and from anonymised data, only with our clients' consent.
Is the Radar estimate a commitment?
No. An estimate is always labelled as an estimate. Only what is verified in the Savings Ledger counts as a saving.
