What counts as verified
A saving counts only when the Savings Ledger shows the baseline price, the new price and the invoices that prove it, and your operator has approved it. The baseline is agreed and signed before any tender starts.

How we calculate
- Addressable spend = revenue × addressable %
- Managed spend = addressable spend × % under management
- Verified savings = managed spend × savings %
- ValueSync fees = managed spend × fee % + savings × share %
- Net benefit = savings − ValueSync fees
- ROI multiple = savings ÷ ValueSync fees

Pricing questions
How is the baseline set?
From the last 12 months of invoices, per category and item. The method and the figures are agreed and signed before any tender or negotiation starts.
What if savings are not achieved?
The share is charged on verified savings only. If no saving is verified, no share is due. The fee on managed spend covers running the categories and is known from the start.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in the proposal. The share applies to verified savings in the first 12 months of each new term.
What happens when we leave?
You can export all your data at any time. After the engagement ends, we delete it within 30 days.
Do you take supplier commissions?
No. We are paid only by you, on the terms shown on this page.
